Goya Foods Betrays Bob Unanue, Strips Family Ownership From A True American Patriot

Bob Unanue, the longtime leader of Goya Foods and a fierce advocate against child trafficking, has been forced out of the company his own family founded. The board’s shocking decision effectively hands control of the business to corporate executives who have turned their backs on the man who made Goya a national success.

Founded in 1936 by Unanue’s grandparents, Goya grew from a small family-run operation into the largest Hispanic-owned food company in the United States. For nearly 50 years, Unanue worked to expand the company’s reach, turning it into a powerhouse while staying true to his conservative principles. But despite his contributions, the board ousted him in a move many see as a betrayal of his leadership and his family’s legacy.

Unanue was not just a businessman — he was a leader in the fight against child trafficking. Through Goya Cares, he worked closely with former Trump officials like Tom Homan to locate missing children and bring traffickers to justice. He also helped produce Sound of Freedom, a film that shed light on the brutal realities of child exploitation. His efforts to hold criminals accountable and shine a spotlight on human trafficking made him a hero to many Americans.

After the board’s vote, Unanue made it clear that he would not walk away from his mission. “I will not be silenced,” he said, pledging to continue fighting for the tens of thousands of missing children who have vanished in recent years. He specifically called attention to the 325,000 children who have disappeared over the past two years alone, many suspected of falling into trafficking networks.

At the same time, an entirely separate controversy is unfolding in Washington, where intelligence officials are cracking down on explicit chats that were taking place on a classified NSA system. More than 100 government employees were found participating in these discussions in chatrooms labeled “LBTQA” and “IC_Pride_TWG.” After Trump’s executive order eliminated DEI programs in federal agencies, these chatrooms were shut down, and officials have been instructed to revoke the security clearances of those involved.

The backlash against Goya’s decision is growing. Many are urging consumers to contact the company and demand answers about why the board would remove a leader who had dedicated his life to building Goya and fighting for the most vulnerable. Others are calling on Americans to take their business elsewhere unless Goya makes things right.
