Luna Demands NBC Hand Over Secret JFK Tape That Could Clear Oswald
Rep. Anna Paulina Luna (R-FL) is pressing NBC to release what she says is a long-hidden video that could prove Lee Harvey Oswald did not fire the shots that killed President John F. Kennedy. Luna made the demand during an appearance on Fox News, where she detailed the latest efforts by the House Oversight Committee to uncover the truth about the 1963 assassination.
Luna revealed that Oliver Stone, the director behind the 1991 film “JFK,” told lawmakers that he had seen a copy of the tape in question. According to Stone, the footage allegedly shows Oswald standing near the presidential motorcade around the time of the shooting — a position that would raise serious doubts about the official story.
Rep. Anna Paulina Luna claims that NBC has a never-before-seen video showing Lee Harvey Oswald near JFK's limousine at the time of his as*assination.
She argues that this footage would prove Oswald was not the shooter.

The committee, which is preparing for a public hearing on April 1, is now formally requesting NBC turn over the video. Luna insisted the footage belongs to the American people and should be made public immediately.

Her push follows the Trump administration’s decision to release tens of thousands of previously sealed pages related to the Kennedy assassination. Trump had earlier ordered a full review of the remaining classified documents and directed Attorney General Pam Bondi and Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard to oversee the process.
Luna pointed to recently uncovered records that show the CIA had been monitoring Oswald prior to the assassination. She also cited a file flagged by journalist Jefferson Morley that indicated the CIA never fully believed Oswald acted alone.
During the Fox News segment, Luna voiced frustration with continued secrecy, questioning how a nation could remain free if its intelligence agencies operate in the dark. She credited President Donald Trump and former CIA Director John Ratcliffe for making transparency a priority.
She said the committee is actively tracking two other documents and is committed to releasing everything the public has a right to see.
