New Willis And Wade Reports Deepen Perjury, Misappropriation Scandal

In new revelations published Sunday, the controversy surrounding Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis took a new turn based on events following her election victory in November 2020. Concerns have emerged around Nathan Wade, the special prosecutor personally hired by Willis in 2022, who allegedly wielded undue influence in hiring decisions within Willis’s office even before his appointment. The exclusive report from Breitbart News details Wade’s personnel decisions, starting with the transition phase after Willis’ election.

Sources familiar with the parties disclosed that Wade, acting as the de facto staffing decision-maker, led a transition team that evaluated the office’s employees. The report raises significant new questions about ethical breaches and conflicts of interest, especially given the claims that Wade and Willis had an ongoing romantic relationship well before they claimed under oath.

Sources describe the office environment as “corrupt” and point out the unusual involvement of Wade in the hiring process at a time when Wade was not an official part of the office.

Moreover, the narrative deepens with allegations that the relationship between Willis and Wade began far earlier than they have publicly acknowledged. Robin Yeartie, a former employee and college friend of Willis, testified that their relationship dates back to 2019, contradicting their statements. This discrepancy becomes even more glaring with the Friday submission of an expert analysis of Wade’s cell phone records, which suggest intimate involvement between the two throughout 2021.

Defense attorneys have presented evidence that includes proof of over 12,000 text messages and 2000 voice calls between Willis and Wade from January to November 2021. Geolocation data from these records indicates numerous visits by Wade to Willis’s condo, challenging their timeline of events. This evidence is at the heart of the current legal battle, with Willis pushing for its exclusion, arguing technicalities and procedural missteps.

Over the weekend, Willis responded to the cellphone evidence by demanding the court reject it from consideration in the motion to have her removed from the case. She claims that at least some of the evidence should not be admitted for technical reasons related to procedural rules.

Additionally, Willis claims that the cellphone analysis fails to “prove anything relevant.” If the evidence is not tossed, she has asked that she be allowed to offer “rebuttal evidence that demonstrates the unreliability of the unqualified opinion evidence improperly introduced by Defendant Trump.” She also insinuated that the evidence could have been obtained illegally, although she does not explain how.

On Saturday, President Trump wrote in a post to his Truth Social account that Willis’ case should be tossed out immediately. “Based on the fact that District Attorney Fani Willis and her Lover were together long prior to the filing date of their Fake Lawsuit against me and many other innocent people, despite their sworn testimony to the contrary, this case must be determined as OVER and, of no further force or effect,” he wrote.

Meanwhile, the attorneys in the case and all of America wait for further instructions from the judge about whether he will hear additional evidence on the motion to disqualify Willis and Wade and dismiss the entire case.
