Prosecutors Provide Evidence Of Hunter Biden’s Lies On Gun Form
Evidence presented by prosecutors on Monday night suggests that Hunter Biden may have falsified information regarding his drug use on a federal gun purchase form in 2018. The revelations come ahead of his scheduled trial on June 3 in Wilmington, Delaware.
In a filing submitted to the court, prosecutors outlined their intention to introduce 75 pages of text messages, shedding light on Biden’s battle with addiction. These messages include discussions about his struggles with sobriety, instances of drug use, and even photographs of drugs, including crack cocaine.
Among the messages presented, one from October 14, 2018, stands out, where Biden admits to smoking crack while sleeping in a car. Another message, dated October 13, 2018, indicates his search for a drug dealer behind the Blue Rocks stadium.
While the witnesses are not named in the filing, descriptions strongly suggest the involvement of Hallie Biden, the widow of his late brother Beau Biden, and Kathleen Buhle, his ex-wife.

Former Delaware State Police Lieutenant Millard Greer is expected to testify regarding the recovery of Biden’s gun from a trash can by a civilian, along with an employee from Starquest Shooters, where Biden purchased the firearm.
The crux of the prosecution’s argument centers on Biden’s alleged knowledge of his drug use at the time of purchasing and possessing the gun. According to prosecutors, Biden’s actions and admissions demonstrate his awareness of being a crack cocaine user in 2018.
“In sum, his conduct and admissions evidence his knowledge that he was a user of crack at the time he purchased the gun and while he possessed the gun before it was taken from him,” prosecutors wrote. “His conduct and admissions also evidence his knowledge that he was a crack addict in 2018 when he bought the gun and possessed it.”
In response to the charges, Biden’s legal team has sought to dismiss the case, citing constitutional issues with the indictment, violations of a pretrial diversion agreement, and allegations of selective prosecution.
As the trial date approaches, Biden’s attorneys have petitioned the Third Circuit Court of Appeals to intervene, requesting a halt to the proceedings and a reconsideration of a previous ruling denying their motion to dismiss the case.
