Trump Deploys Military To Southern Border To Fulfill Immigration Promises
President Donald Trump’s administration is moving swiftly to implement his border security policies, deploying military forces and law enforcement to curb illegal immigration. On Friday, a force of 1,500 active-duty troops, including Marines and Army engineers, was sent to the U.S.-Mexico border to support Customs and Border Protection (CBP) operations.
Marines from Camp Pendleton, California, are among the first to arrive, with additional Army units from bases across the country set to join. Their mission includes constructing barriers, monitoring illegal crossings, and reinforcing federal efforts to stem the flow of migrants into the country. Defense officials say plans are in place to increase deployments if needed.

Finally America First.
Thank you President Trump!

To further enforce immigration laws, state and local law enforcement officials will be deputized to work alongside federal agents. According to White House Deputy Chief of Staff Stephen Miller, officials refusing to comply with federal immigration enforcement could face prosecution. Miller highlighted the administration’s aggressive approach, stating that law enforcement will have broad authority to arrest and remove illegal immigrants.

The Department of Homeland Security, working alongside the Department of Justice, has already begun mass deportations. Air Force C-17 transport planes have started repatriation flights from bases in Texas and Arizona, returning illegal immigrants to their home countries. The rapid execution of these operations highlights Trump’s commitment to fulfilling his campaign promise to secure the border.

The Trump administration has also halted the use of the CBP One app, which had previously been used by migrants to apply for entry into the U.S. Additionally, the administration has shut down key crossing points, such as the El Paso entry, in an effort to limit illegal entry.

With military forces and law enforcement working in tandem, Trump’s administration is making it clear that securing the border is a top priority. Officials suggest that troop levels could rise to 10,000 if necessary, as efforts to protect the nation’s borders intensify.
