Trump Set To Sign Nearly 100 Executive Orders To Reverse Biden Policies
President-elect Donald Trump is preparing to sign close to 100 executive orders immediately upon taking office, focusing on reversing key policies implemented by the Biden-Harris administration. Sen. Markwayne Mullin (R-OK) revealed Trump’s ambitious plan, which aims to address border security and energy production.
Trump has promised swift action to secure the southern border by declaring a national emergency over illegal immigration. Additionally, he plans to eliminate restrictions on domestic energy production by rolling back regulations that hinder oil and natural gas drilling. “I will sign Day One orders to end all Biden restrictions on energy production,” Trump declared in December.
Karoline Leavitt, Trump’s transition spokeswoman, confirmed that Americans can “bank on President Trump using his executive power on day one to deliver on the promises he made to them on the campaign trail.”

Trump’s chief of staff, Susie Wiles, has stressed the importance of achieving significant progress during the first two years of the administration—before midterm elections could impact Republican control of Congress. However, Wiles dismissed the first 100 days as an artificial benchmark, focusing instead on sustained productivity.

Trump has shown flexibility in working with Congress, expressing openness to a single comprehensive bill or dividing initiatives into multiple bills. “The end result is the same,” Trump stated, emphasizing unity among GOP lawmakers.
Sen. Kevin Cramer (R-ND) and Sen. John Hoeven (R-ND) confirmed Trump’s intent to sign a substantial number of executive orders, focusing on border security and energy independence. Mullin stressed the need to prevent a $4 trillion tax increase and ensure permanent tax cuts for Americans.
