Undocumented Migrants Increasingly Concerned About Biden Administration’s End
From his earliest days in office, President Joe Biden has made it a priority to eviscerate his predecessor’s strict border policies, thus ushering in an unprecedented level of illegal immigration over the course of more than three years.
In response to an agenda that critics say has essentially opened the nation’s southern border, many of the millions of undocumented migrants who have illegally crossed into the country under the Biden administration have credited the president for encouraging them to flout U.S. immigration laws.

Former President Donald Trump, on the other hand, has vowed to reimplement and expand his first-term policies if elected in November. The thought of a second Trump term is already causing some panic among immigrants currently in the U.S. illegally as well as those who are thinking about crossing the border in violation of federal immigration laws.
“If it’s Trump, it doesn’t matter how much I work or want to work,” one such migrant recently complained. “They won’t let me in.”
For her part, Venezuelan national Alejandra Falcon is already plotting her strategy to exploit the Biden administration’s policies, explaining that she will use the specific phrase “credible fear” in order to gain entry as an asylum-seeker. Although Falcon seemed optimistic about her chances of success under the current administration, she expressed a sense of urgency ahead of the general election.
“If [Biden] doesn’t win, I can’t imagine what will happen,” she lamented.
With more than two-thirds of Americans expressing disapproval of the Biden administration’s border policies in a recent poll, the presumptive Republican presidential nominee is capitalizing on his opportunity to lay out a strategy much different than that of the current White House.
“If you want to help Joe Biden wheel granny off the cliff to fund government benefits for illegals, then vote for Crooked Joe Biden,” Trump said during a recent campaign rally in Wisconsin. “But when I am president, instead of throwing granny overboard, I will send Joe Biden’s illegal aliens back home.”
Addressing a group of supporters in Michigan, the former president said: “Under Crooked Joe Biden, every state is now a border state. Every town is now a border town, because Joe Biden has brought the carnage and chaos and killing from all over the world and dumped it straight into our backyards.”
